Terms and Conditions
CONDUCT:
- (Group/Artist) will adhere to the CollECtive Arts Statement of Beliefs in speech and conduct.
-Respect neighbors, staff, facility and equipment
-Noise level (DB reader should average 85dB; levels not to exceed “95 db”); quiet hours: we request before 8am and after 9pm to go to “conversational level”.
PARKING:
Recommended parking, including temporary loading/unloading - refer to Parking Instructions document. All other parking is at your own risk.
FACILITY CLEAN UP/CHECKLIST:
Group/Artist will clean up after themselves according to the "Post Event Checklist" unless otherwise indicated in the Event Registration Form for larger events.
INDEMNIFICATION:
Artist does not hold CollECtive Arts liable for unauthorized use of facility or equipment.
CANCELATION:
(*48 hours prior notice for event cancelation, otherwise payment is kept)
(*Bad weather policy: “Day of” cancellations due to bad weather are acceptable, and are up to the event organizer to make the decision. CollECtive Arts’ programming follows suit with Eau Claire Area School District - if school is canceled, our activities are canceled.)
FIRE CODE:
Keep obstructions from main doors and hallways for fire safety. Do not temporarily store gear in exit paths during the event. Occupancy should not exceed 130 persons.
INCIDENTS/DEVIATION FROM AGREEMENT:
Any incidents from inappropriate use of CollECtive Arts’ equipment or facility, or deviation from the agreement in any way may result in a denial of future facility usage. In such cases, or if an accident happens involving equipment or the facility, the deposit will be kept to help pay for any damages.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION
By checking this agreement, I hereby agree with the above terms and conditions for financial distribution, utilizing CollECtive Arts’ property, and event management. I agree to take proper care of CollECtive Arts property and equipment, as though they were my own. I agree to uphold their standards for a God-honoring, family-friendly atmosphere with my words, actions, and my art. I understand that failing to meet these requirements could mean losing my ability to access or utilize CollECtive Arts’s ministry and art services in the future.
