Pre-requisites:  Students will need a writing pad and pen (or tablet/laptop) for typing lyrics.  We will be looking at phone apps and tools to use in song writing.
 
Overview:  Students will experience the process of songwriting as they learn 3 approaches to songwriting, analyze other artist's music, and write their own song to record in the CollECtive Arts Studio.  Students will also discover tools that are already around them to help them in the writing their own songs.
