Located in the heart of Eau Claire, our facility at 308 & 310 E. Madison Street is designed for creativity, collaboration, and community. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, leading a class, practicing with your band, or recording your next project, we’ve got a space that fits your needs.
Full Facility Rental
Includes access to all studio spaces and common areas. Perfect for concerts, workshops, pop-up events, or larger gatherings that require multiple rooms.
Rate: $25/hour
Monthly Artist Access
Need ongoing access to create or rehearse? Our Artist Access Membership offers keyed entry to the building and flexible use of our spaces during non-programming hours. Perfect for artists, instructors, and creatives who need consistent space without the hourly cost. Quiet hours are observed overnight.
Rate: $90/month (with cost-saving options)
Our Spaces
Dance Studio & Rehearsal Space
Size: Approx. 14’ x 35’
Includes a full wall of mirrors, bluetooth speaker, sound system, keyboard, amps, drums, and open floor space for dance, movement, or group rehearsals.
Rate: $15/hour
Studio A – Recording Studio
Size: Approx. 9’ x 10’
Designed for vocal and instrumental recording projects. Basic recording setup available; iMac with Logic Pro X. Audio routing to other rooms. Bring your own gear or ask us about available equipment.
Rate: $10/hour
Studio B & Studio C – Practice Rooms
Size: Approx. 9’ x 9’ each
Perfect for one-on-one lessons, quiet practice, or small group rehearsals.
Rate: $5/hour per room
Concert Venue
Size: Approx. 21’ x 60’
Ideal for full band rehearsals or small ensemble gatherings, and visual arts classes. Includes Tables & Chairs, Kitchen with concessions, 16 channel PA, 3 mics, drums, keys, bass and guitar amps, music stands. Ask about additional equipment.
Rate: $20/hour
