In 2023...

With the help of some major grants, we added resources/services including: recording studio, dance studio, practice rooms, 90 person venue with lights, sound, and projection, music instrument library with over 60 instruments (from which we have circulated more than 40 instruments so far).

We added programming including: 6 dance classes serving 42 youth per week,

theater and writing camps and classes, and a variety of visual arts experiences, the teenage music community, "The Jam" now serving 15-18 teens per week.

We added community hours on Saturdays with a variety of experiences and hands-on learning.

We added 1 full time, and 3 part time staff:  Aly Fenske (Administration and Theater/writing), Chris Rambo (Dance/Web Design), Kiersten Barnhardt (Marketer/Dance), Jacob Vieras (Building/Equipment Manager/Community Hours Coordinator/Jam).

As we look ahead to continuing post-grant, we need your help to sustain these efforts!

Our monthly expenses average $11,437.

We have 9 strategic channels of revenue.

Seven Ways To Help:

1. Artist Access Membership

Help us spread the word to creatives in our city about accessing our facility during non-program hours. For $90/mo, with deductible volunteer credits, this is a great way to surround yourself in a creative environment and be able to utilize the studio, practice spaces, and venue.

2. Events/Rentals

Host your event or class at the CollECtive Arts Center, or spread the word for other community minded initiators. Email info@CollECtiveArtsEC.org for more info.

3. Sponsorships

Become a sponsor for our one of our larger events, or sponsor a student ($40/mo) to help us continue to provide free programming. Email Michael@collectiveartsec.org for more info on advertising through our print and online. Click the Donate button at the top of the page to give now.

4. Give a 1x donation to help us to reach our $18,700 goal for overhead expenses.

Check out the 1x donation chart below to see how your contribution can add up, no matter the size. Click the Donate button at the top of the page to give now.

5. Church Partnerships

Help us to connect to your church's mission board, or leadership team to discuss how they might partner with the mission of CollECtive Arts. Any help in coordinating a visit on a Sunday morning, to a small group, or youth event is also appreciated.

6. Individual Partnerships

Please consider becoming a monthly partner - a champion of our mission!  Please see the chart to see how your generous contribution of any size can help us reach our goal of $1,850 per month. Click the Donate button at the top of the page to give now.

7. Grants/Fundraisers

Consider working with your small group or community group to coordinate a fundraiser. Be creative! Fundraisers can help to spread the word about our organization to other people and communities. Also consider helping us by filling out community fund grants. Does your community or company have community funds? You can be a great advocate for our mission. Don't underestimate the potential of a Facebook fundraiser too, simply using your testimony of how you have seen God use CollECtive Arts.
